The images are printed on heavy weight paper, laminated to 1/4" baltic birch plywood. Puzzles are cut freehand using an electric scroll saw, making each one a unique creation.

You may specify any width and height you wish (as long as it's no less than 3" and no more than 24").

You can select between three different piece sizes on the order form, but if you want more or fewer pieces than one of these sizes provides you, just let me know. The "standard" size produces about one piece per square inch of puzzle. In other words, an 8" by 10" puzzle having 80 square inches would have about 80 pieces. Pieces cut in the "small" size are about half that size. An 8" by 10" puzzle would have about 160 pieces. Pieces cut "large" are about twice the "standard" size. An 8" by 10" puzzle with "large" pieces would have about 40 pieces.

The price of a puzzle is based on the number of pieces. The basic formula is $0.70 per piece, plus $12.00. This is less than most other puzzle cutters charge. The price is calculated automatically on the order form when you select the size of puzzle and pieces desired.

Custom projects requiring photo touch up or other significant design and layout work may cost more. Pricing for custom projects will be provided upon request.
